California Fixed Income Trust (CalFIT) was formed and is governed by a Board of Trustees comprising California local government finance officials. CalFIT (a joint powers authority under California Government Code Section 6509.7) offers the Stable Value Pool and is eligible for public agency investments pursuant to California Government Code Section 53601(p).
The Stable Value Pool is an investment solution for a local government’s most liquid reserves and invests in high-quality, short-term securities designed to meet the objectives of safety, liquidity, and return. The Stable Value Pool presents its Participants with a convenient way to meet their immediate cash needs while diversifying their cash solutions.
